Lauren Feldman is a creative and marketing professional with a Master of Science Degree in Marketing from New York University and 20+ years of strategic brand building, communications and event management experience.

Lauren has worked in the entertainment, start-up and non-profit sectors at global companies including Hulu, MTV/Viacom, Birthright Israel Foundation, Private Prep, and YPO.

She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Tisch School of the Arts trained actor and mother to three young children.

By thriving amongst both analytics and open-mindedness, Lauren brings spark, spirit, sunshine and a lil' bit of sass to every project.

With many years of experience in event planning, particularly within the celebrations sector, Laura has dedicated her career to bringing people’s dreams to life through thoughtful, detailed, and creative events. She thrives on the behind-the-scenes work that makes every celebration seamless, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.

Currently, she serves J Force’s YPO clients as a Chapter Assistant, where she supports all aspects of event coordination and execution. Her passion lies in the small details that make big moments unforgettable, and loves combining logistics with creativity to craft meaningful experiences.

When she’s not planning events, you’ll find her enjoying life with her husband, their three boys, and big black lab, Chloe:  traveling, spending time at the beach, boating, chasing sunsets, and of course, always having dessert. 

With over 8 years of high-level executive support experience, Gail thrives in fast-paced, multi-client environments where precision is paramount. A master of the modern inbox and gatekeeper of complex calendars, she brings a disciplined, detail-obsessed approach that makes her a trusted and proactive partner to CEOs. Gail seamlessly manages high-volume inboxes, orchestrates intricate board and chapter logistics, and upholds standards of excellence in every task—seamlessly blending accountability, quality, and commercial savvy.

Outside of her profession, Gail is a proud mom to two wonderful daughters and a self-proclaimed cat enthusiast—at one point sharing her home with 18 feline companions. Her ability to juggle corporate intensity with personal passion speaks to a life led with purpose, heart, and laser focus.

Montessa “Tessa” Gepanao is a powerhouse Executive Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience supporting busy CEOs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. Known for her ability to reclaim time and drive productivity, she has mastered the art of managing inboxes, calendars, client communication, operations, and systems—becoming the reliable right hand for visionaries who need results, not just reminders.
